She received an honorary C\u00e9sar, for lifetime achievement, in 2003. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cL\u2019Effront\u00e9e\u201d was directed by<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mutanteggplant.com\/vitro-nasu\/2012\/04\/05\/adieu-claude-miller\/\"> Claude Miller <\/a><\/p>\n<li><\/li>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GZw2CJnfz0E\">Les Miston<\/a> (see youtube) <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Truffaut simply called it &#8220;my first real film&#8221;.Moreover it was Bernadette Lafont&#8217;s film debut. She was at that time G\u00e9rard Blain&#8217;s wife.
