Bresson sounds like a lesson in Breathing, who is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mutanteggplant.com\/vitro-nasu\/2004\/12\/18\/all-grace-robert-bresson\/\">Bresson<\/a>? )<\/p>\n<p>Bresson&#8217;s Movies<\/p>\n<p>A movie of Robert<br \/>\nBresson&#8217;s showed a yacht,<br \/>\nat evening on the Seine,<br \/>\nall its lights on, watched<\/p>\n<p>by two young, seemingly<br \/>\npoor people, on a bridge adjacent,<br \/>\nthe classic boy and girl<br \/>\nof the story, any one<\/p>\n<p>one cares to tell. So<br \/>\nyears pass, of course, but<br \/>\nI identified with the young,<br \/>\nembittered Frenchman,<\/p>\n<p>knew his almost complacent<br \/>\nanguish and the distance<br \/>\nhe felt from his girl.<br \/>\nYet another film<\/p>\n<p>of Bresson&#8217;s has the<br \/>\naging <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brightlightsfilm.com\/24\/bresson.html\">Lancelot<\/a> with his<br \/>\nawkward armor standing<br \/>\nin a woods, of small trees,<\/p>\n<p>dazed, bleeding, both he<br \/>\nand his horse are,<br \/>\ntrying to get back to<br \/>\nthe castle, itself of<\/p>\n<p>no great size. It<br \/>\nmoved me, that<br \/>\nlife was after all<br \/>\nlike that. You are<\/p>\n<p>in love. You stand<br \/>\nin the woods, with<br \/>\na horse, bleeding.<br \/>\nThe story is true.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;To Bresson, add Creeley (a Robert to a Robert, as shown by the witty enjambment of lines one and two). The poem puts the poet in the picture, and a binary lyric system prepares to close.
